Order Cut-Off Time Our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (BST).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines Delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Inside Dhaka: Next-day delivery (for orders placed before 1:00 PM).
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 3 business days (for orders placed before 1:00 PM).

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the sneakers.

In-Store Pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our retail store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email and a valid ID ready when you arrive.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages or Lost Packages Footsies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
